Thanksgiving Stuffing

INGREDIENTS

6 cups Thrive Fields Cassava Flour

1/2 cup diced onion 1/2 cup diced celery

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 cups vegetable or chicken broth 2 Tbsp olive oil or butter

1 tsp dried sage

1 tsp dried thyme 1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

DIRECTION

  1. Preheat oven to 300 °F (150 °C). Spread bread cubes on a baking sheet and bake for 10–15 minutes until slightly crisp but not browned.

  2. In a skillet, sauté onion, celery, and garlic in oil until soft.

  3. In a bowl, combine toasted bread cubes, sautéed vegetables, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper. Add broth gradually until bread is moist but not soggy.

  4. Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish. Cover with foil and bake at 350 °F (175 °C) for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 more minutes for a crispy top.
