Savory Flour Snack Bars

INGREDIENTS

1 cup Thrive Fields Cassava Flour (4 oz, 1/4 of a 16 oz pack)

1/4 cup sunflower seeds 2 Tbsp sesame seeds

1 Tbsp flaxseed meal 1/2 tsp dried rosemary 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp salt

1/4 cup olive oil

1/3 cup warm water

DIRECTION

  1. Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together cassava flour, seeds, flax, herbs, garlic powder, and salt.

  3. Stir in olive oil and warm water until a dough forms.

  4. Press dough into a parchment-lined 8x8-inch pan. Score into bar shapes. Bake for 22–25 minutes or until golden and firm.

  5. Let cool completely before cutting and storing.
