No-Bake Cacao Bites

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup Thrive Fields Cassava Flour (2 oz, 1/8 of a 16 oz pack)

1/4 cup almond butter 2 Tbsp maple syrup

1 1/2 Tbsp raw cacao powder (or unsweetened cocoa)

1/2 tsp vanilla Pinch of salt Water as needed

DIRECTION

  1. In a bowl, whisk cassava flour, cacao, and salt.

  2. Stir in almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla.

  3. Mix into a thick dough.

  4. Add a few teaspoons of water as needed.

  5. Roll into small balls. Optional: coat in cocoa or shredded coconut.

  6. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Store in fridge up to 1 week or freeze for longer shelf life.
