Flatbread Chips

INGREDIENTS

3/4 cup Thrive Fields Cassava Flour (3 oz, 3/16 of a 16 oz pack)

1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp dried oregano 1/2 tsp salt

2 Tbsp olive oil

1/4 cup warm water

DIRECTION

  1. Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C).

  2. In a bowl, combine cassava flour, herbs, and salt. Stir in olive oil and warm water to form a pliable dough.

  3. Roll dough between parchment to 1/8-inch thickness. Cut into rectangles, triangles, or desired shapes.

  4. Transfer to a lined baking sheet. Bake 15–17 minutes until crisp and lightly browned. Cool completely.

  5. Serve with dips or use for mini open-faced snacks. Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
