INGREDIENTS
1/2 tsp dried parsley (optional)
1/3 cup non-dairy or regular milk

In a bowl, mix cassava flour, baking powder, salt, and parsley.

Beat in the egg, milk, and oil until a thick, sticky batter forms.

Drop small spoonfuls of batter into gently simmering soup or stew.

Cover and simmer for 10–12 minutes. Do not lift the lid during cooking to ensure dumplings puff properly.
